    In pursuance of the Honourable High Court, Madras order dated: 05.11.2007 sealed tenders are invited from intending purchaser by the undersigned for the purchase of Immovable and Movable assets of M/s.RBF Nidhi Limited (in provisional liquidation) morefully described hereunder is “As is where is basis” condition. EOW invites fresh complaints 

    A case was registered in EOW against Chrompet Saswatha Nidhi Ltd., and is being investigated.   So far 100 depositors preferred complaint before EOW against the Company for the default of Rs.1.41 Cr., of which a sum of Rs.1.40 Cr was settled to 99 depositors by the defaulted company.  Depositors of the above company who have not received their deposit amount may lodge a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, EOW-II, Govt. Estate, Admiralty House, Chennai – 600 002 for their clims.
