In all the above three cases, the Managing Director of these defaulted financial establishment one Mukundan and his wife Indra Mukundan were arrested and remanded in judicial custody. The movable and immovable properties of the accused company were attached in G.O.M.S.No.637/01 and G.O.M.S.No.992/2003. Properties of those defaulted companies were sold and a Sum of Rs.2.95 Crores was deposited in the account of DRO, Chennai.
Due to their sustained efforts the Hon'ble TNPID Court, Chennai ordered to disburse 100% settlement 2.45 Crores to 408 Depositors by the CA/DRO, Chennai. The DRO,Chennai Mr.K.A.Annamalai will commence disbursement of the amount to the depositors of these two companies from 08.07.2011 to 14.07.2011 at the office of the District Revenue Officer, Chennai Collectorate.
