I. Gist
of the Case: -
On the
complainant of Tr. Saravanapandian of Thirumangalam, this case was registered against A1 Gold
Power Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Virudhunagar. A2 Vijayakumar
and 8 others. The
accused given false promise to the depositors. The complainant deposited Rs.77,000/- as various installments and his friend Damodharan also deposited Rs.95,000/- and he received 5
repayment coupon. Meanwhile the complainant
and his friend had about suspicious activities of the accused. Therefore, both approached the accused and
asked to repay the deposit amount but all the accused have denied to repay the
deposit amount but also replied that they have no money for repayment. Therefore, the complainant had lodged a
complaint before the Inspector of Police EOW.II, Virudhunagar,
to rgister a case in Cr.NO.04/2009, u/s. 406, 420,
120(b) IPC and 5 of TNPID Act r/w. 45(5) RBI Act, against the accused.
